Without more information or context, it is impossible to definitively determine if the plant in question is Salvia divinorum. Salvia divinorum is a type of sage plant native to Mexico and is known for its psychoactive properties when consumed. To accurately identify Salvia divinorum, one would need to examine the plant's specific characteristics such as its unique square-shaped stems, large green leaves with a distinctive texture, and the presence of white or purple flowers. If you suspect a plant is Salvia divinorum, it is best to consult with a botanist or expert for a proper identification. **

As of my knowledge cutoff date in September 2021, Salvia divinorum is not explicitly listed as a controlled substance in the Austrian Narcotic Substances Act (Suchtmittelgesetz). However, the legal status of Salvia divinorum in Austria may be subject to change, and it is important to verify the current legal status through official sources or legal professionals. Additionally, the cultivation, sale, or possession of Salvia divinorum may be subject to other regulations or restrictions under Austrian law. **

Salvia divinorum, also known as the Aztec sage, is native to the cloud forests of the Sierra Mazateca region in Oaxaca, Mexico. It thrives in the moist, humid conditions of these forests, typically growing in the shade of larger trees. The plant is also cultivated in other parts of the world, but it is most commonly found in its natural habitat in Mexico. **

Salvia Divinorum plants or extracts can typically be purchased from online retailers specializing in ethnobotanicals or herbal products. Some specialty plant nurseries may also carry Salvia Divinorum plants for sale. It is important to research the legality of Salvia Divinorum in your area before making a purchase, as regulations regarding its sale and possession can vary. **

Salvia Divinorum does not work in a joint because it is not effective when smoked. The active compound in Salvia Divinorum, known as salvinorin A, is not easily absorbed through the lungs when smoked. In order for Salvia Divinorum to be effective, it needs to be consumed through methods such as chewing the leaves, making a tea, or using a vaporizer to inhale the active compounds. Smoking the leaves in a joint will not produce the desired effects of the plant. **

Migrating refers to the process of moving from one place to another, typically for the purpose of finding better living conditions, job opportunities, or escaping conflict or persecution. It can be a voluntary choice or a necessity due to various factors such as economic instability, political unrest, or environmental changes. Migration can be internal, within a country, or international, crossing borders to a different country. **

Migrating leaves do not mate. Leaves are part of plants, which reproduce through pollination and fertilization. Leaves play a role in the process of photosynthesis, where they absorb sunlight and carbon dioxide to produce energy for the plant. Mating, on the other hand, is a process that occurs in plants through the reproduction of flowers and the transfer of pollen. **

A migrating new vein is a term used to describe a vein that is forming and growing in a specific direction within the body. This process occurs during angiogenesis, which is the formation of new blood vessels. The migrating new vein extends and branches out to reach its target destination, helping to establish a network of blood vessels to support the body's tissues and organs. **
